Utilizing over 40 years of experience as a practicing CPA, John (Rusty) Davis offers leadership to business owners, executive management, and boards of directors of small and mid-sized businesses. All Virtual CFO services are provided in accordance with the terms and conditions of a CPA Engagement Letter that maintains the professional independence of Mr. Davis and our firm and will be delivered as contracted Consulting and Management Advisory Services. Specific projects and tasks will be detailed, with agreed-upon procedures, target dates and documentation deliverables established in the CPA Engagement Letter. Certain components of a Virtual CFO bundle may be delegated to firm team members, as appropriate to the specific project or task. Mr. Davis may also request that another service provider, subcontractor, software VAR, or other professional referral to collaborate towards the objectives of certain projects or tasks.
